a botanical pleasure-garden for grown-ups · in bloom daily

PERENNIA

the garden that loves you back

Eight gardens, each its own climate. Thirty-two sweethearts in open competition for your afternoon. One corsage at your pin — and a catalogue of twelve embraces, kept by the Choreographic Office, every one of which begins the same way:

“Every figure is a duet. Nothing is taken — everything is offered, and offered back.”

The Park

A world's fair that never closed, growing eight climates behind one gate.

Somewhere off a road that only appears on older maps, there is a wrought-iron gate wreathed in roses, and behind it a garden the size of a small country's daydream. PERENNIA is a botanical park built for one product, offered openly: affection, done beautifully. Not rides. Not queues. A boardwalk where someone is delighted you exist, a meadow where someone saved you a dance, a conservatory where someone will see you properly to the door.

Every sweetheart in the park performs in animegao kigurumi — the full mask, the painted face that never slips. The mask is the craft and the honesty at once: what's offered here is theater, gorgeous and sincere the way a song is sincere. And because a doll mask cannot kiss, the park refused to pretend — and invented something better. Ask about the Cheek Seal.

The eight Courts compete for your favor. Genuinely. There are ledgers. It gets undignified. You are going to be caught, crowned, wrapped, waltzed, and walked home under an umbrella — exactly as much as your corsage says, and not one figure more.

The Corsage

Issued at the Corsagerie, worn where you choose, read at a glance by every mask in the park.

Your corsage does the talking before anyone else is allowed to. Where you pin it is the whole grammar — move it whenever the mood moves. The cards below are live: pick your pin for this visit.

Stem-up means goodnight. Turn the bloom stem-up — or hand it to any mask — and the scene closes instantly, in character, gracefully. The farewells are rehearsed harder than the flirtation. No questions, and no cost to ever coming back.

The Repertoire

Twelve embraces, numbered like ballet positions, kept and rehearsed by the Choreographic Office. Each begins with her opening position — offered, held, and yours to complete.

The Garden Covenant

Posted at every gate. Enforced by every Court. Loved, sincerely, by the people it protects — on both sides of the mask.
